Role: Aligns BioGill engineering effort to corporate objectives, with a focus on product design and development. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring BioGill engineering personnel, product management and new product development, educating internal and external stakeholders on BioGill technology and management of R&D.
Profile: 20+ years’ water and wastewater treatment experience. Technologies of Chemical Industries degree from Amman University College for Applied Engineering, Diploma in Business Management from TAFE NSW, Graduate Certificate in Maintenance Management from CQU and Master’s in Project Management from Sydney University.
Bob Maghbooli
Process Engineer
Role: Provide technical expertise and support to the BioGill sales teams and Distributor base internationally, including; system design; project engineering; data analysis and reporting. Bob's special interests include; sewage and wastewater treatment; sustainability; industrial automation; methodologies and process optimization.
Profile: With a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Bob has over 10 years’ experience in the chemical process industry with more than five years dedicated to wastewater treatment n Iran and Australia. Having practical experience in process simulation and modelling, he has developed many engineering solutions via designing and executing wastewater treatment simulation packages.
Kevin Phan
Engineering Account Manager
Role: Providing applications engineering support to the key accounts across the APAC region. Responsibilities include technological and commercial benchmarking, account management, technical and field support, design proposals and CRM software management.
Profile: Completing an Honours Thesis in modelling the performance of the BioGill Towers, Kevin then moved onto work within the RnD projects with regards to process performance and the analysis of various operating sites. As part of this role, Kevin provided ongoing technical support to end-users and distributors, developed sales tools and created data collection protocols that were then used to create a Product Performance Database.
Mohanti Veera
Product Design Engineer
Role: Working alongside our Engineering team to scope, plan and develop high quality products to meet the market needs. Responsibilities include participation in product development, project scoping, as well as mechanical and process design of BioGill wastewater solutions.
Profile: With a Masters in Mechanical engineering at Deakin University, Melbourne, Mohanti has experience in planning, designing and commissioning wastewater treatment plants in several countries such as Australia, New Zealand, China and Malaysia.
