Paul Hatten

Group Chief Executive Officer

Role: Develops and implements the strategic plan, drives profitability, overseeing all company functions, teams, products and ensuring financial viability for the business. 

Profile: Technology driven senior executive with a track record of accomplishment in strategic international business management roles within the water and wastewater sectors. With more than 25 years of experience driving corporate strategy, product validation, channels to market, operations implementation, and execution management, Paul has held senior executive roles within various high value Australian and US companies.  

Specialist areas for Paul include Agile and Change Management, Open Book and Lead Management, Capacity Restraint Process Development and Cross Functional Team Development and product market fit ensuring financial viability. Paul holds an Associate of Engineering Applied Science Construction Hydraulics from Technical and Further Education Queensland and is currently completing a Masters of Business Administration at La Trobe University.

Mark Smith

Commercial Manager

Role: Strategy and supervision of commercial relationships, including financial service providers, suppliers, distributors and agents. Heads up group pricing strategies, forecasting and production economics. 

Profile: Vast management and business experience of more than 30 years, working with numerous organisations to develop business opportunities, increase revenue and drive product innovation. Bachelor of Business. 

Christine Mason

Executive Assistant & Internal Communications Coordinator

Role: Provides executive support to the Group CEO, Board of Directors and North America Advisory Board. Key responsibilities include; high level administration, management of international and company meetings, project and deadline management and coordinates global internal communications and IT frameworks.

Profile:  Extensive executive assistance experience, providing high level, creative and solution based thinking. Christine possesses exceptional communication skills, encouraging of team collaboration with developed project and deadline management skills. Christine is currently studying Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at Charles Sturt University.  



Steven Lai

Supply Chain Manager

Role: Leads all facets of supply chain operations, inclusive of all sourcing requirements for BioGill’s product portfolio, and manage internal production team to deliver order fulfilments.

Profile: Supply Chain Manager in the electronics and semiconductor industries with more than 17 years of international management experience with industry leading companies in USA and Australia. Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from The University of New South Wales. 

Elizabeth Lette

International Marketing Manager

Role: Builds BioGill brand and profile, manages media, website, online and social media platforms. Provide marketing support to the company's worldwide network of integrators and distributors.

Profile: 30+ years experience in B2B marketer working for large multinational companies including Apple Computer and Vodafone. Bachelor Degree and Graduate Diploma in Marketing.


Michele Giblett

Office Manager

Role: Manages day-to-day office administration, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, as well as organises corporate travel and freight of all BioGill product.

Profile: 15 + years experience in office and financial/account management.

 


Peter Camilleri

Production Supervisor

Role: Supervises Nano-ceramic media manufacturing and assembly of BioGill units, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance. Manages overall production processes to meet sales targets and orders, as well as overseeing all freight movements in and out of the warehouse.

Profile4+ years warehouse logistics experience. Bachelor of Exercise Science, Australian Catholic University, Sydney.

 


David Atkins

Production Assistant

Role: Assists in the production of gill assembly of BioGill bioreactors and biofilters. Appointed safety officer for the production facility and first aid certificate.

Profile: Over 10 years of manufacturing, warehouse and logistics experience, primarily in print and paper production.

 

 

Ruby Hills

Marketing Coordinator

Role: Working alongside the International Marketing Manager, ensuring BioGill maximises all marketing opportunities. Supporting the day-to-day coordination of the Company’s lead generation campaigns, social media presence as well as ongoing maintenance of the BioGill website and Intranet.

Profile: Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media studies with a major in Marketing and Advertising and Global Media Communications at the University of Wollongong.
