Annie Weidert

Regional Manager - Americas

Role:  Leads the implementation of the BioGill go-to-market strategy across the Americas, including sales channel development, account management, market analysis, opportunity identification, applications engineering and technical support.

Profile:  4+ years’ experience in biological wastewater treatment engineering and sales. B.S. in BioMolecular Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.


Dr Steve Gluck

Technical Advisor, BioGill North America

Role:  Provide technical expertise to BioGill channel partners in North America as well as managing opportunities for the technology in the Food & Beverage sector including breweries & candy producers.

Profile:   30+ years working at The Dow Chemical Company, progressing to a Fellow in Dow Water & Process Solutions R&D, responsible for applications development and technology scouting in water and wastewater markets. Past president of the Instrumentation Testing Association and for last 15 years holding leadership roles in the Water Environment Federation (WEF). Author or co-author of over 300 internal research reports, over 30 external publications and 6 patents. High level experience in technology assessment with demonstrated strengths in the areas of wastewater treatment, analytical chemistry, process problem solving, communications and leadership. A specialist in biological treatment technologies, advanced oxidation, fine particle filtration, forward osmosis and next generation wastewater treatment solutions that deliver low footprint and low energy treatment. BS Degree in Chemistry from Whitworth University, an MS degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Idaho and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Leipzig.

Caroline Patnode

Project Engineer

Role:  Provide in-depth technical applications and process engineering support to regional network of distribution partners, internal sales teams, and customers. Key responsibilities include pre- and post-sale technical support & project management, product design and proposals, field support for pilot and project commissioning, and benchmarking.

Profile:   4 years’ experience in biological wastewater treatment engineering and technical sales. 2 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing EHS&S and air pollution. Dual B.S. in Civil Engineering (environmental focus) & Spanish Language from the University of Wisconsin.

 

Jason Verhoef

Territory Sales Manager

Role:  Lead sales effort in United States and Canada working with prospective and current clients, and channel partners to manage pre-qualification, proposal development, project execution and aftersales support.

Profile:  6 years’ experience in technical sales for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment solutions utilizing consumable products and capital equipment. B.S in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering (from UMBC).
